MASION Terms of Sale

Welcome to MASION. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by MASION. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, even after order confirmation, due to errors, stock issues, or any other reason.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • Billing: Payment is required at the time of order. MASION reserves the right to correct pricing errors on our website before processing your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Locations: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and order size.
  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. MASION is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@masion.co. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

5. MASION Rewards Club

  • Membership: By checking out, you may opt to join the MASION Rewards Club, which includes exclusive access to future drops and $100 in store credit, claimable via email to support@masion.co.
  • Billing: By opting in to our membership, you agree to be billed $39 every month on the date of purchase until membership is cancelled.
  • Cancellation: To avoid being billed, you must cancel by emailing support@masion.co at least 5 days before the billing date.
  • Refund Policy: If you have been billed, you have 5 days to request a refund by emailing us at support@masion.co.

6. Warranties

  • Warranty Coverage: MASION offers a 12-month warranty against defects in craftsmanship and materials. This warranty excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. If you have purchased an order through our BOGO deal, you are subject to a lifetime warranty against defects.
  • Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@masion.co with proof of purchase and details of the defect.

7. Liability

MASION’s liability for any loss or damage arising from your purchase is limited to the total amount paid for the item(s). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
  • Jurisdiction: All disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware, USA.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve any disputes with MASION on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

MASION reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
